Peach Melba And Almond Smoothie (GF Vegetarian)

I love homemade peach melba flavours and this smoothie is scrumptious

Serves 1

Calories 310, Protein 22g, Carbs 25g, Fiber 5g, Sugar 24g and Fat 13g

Ingredients:

  • 150g 0% Fat Liberte Natural Yoghurt
  • 50ml Koko Coconut Milk
  • 100g Ripe Peach
  • 75g Fresh Raspberries
  • 20g Blanched Almonds
  • 1 Tsp Runny Honey
  • Pop all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth

    Enjoy.
