This one is fab if you feel in the need of a cuddle, treat or simply something yummy.

Pop 150ml Koko Coconut Milk, 90g, Frozen Banana, 50g Fresh Avocado, 20g Peanut Butter and 1 Tbsp Caramel in blender and blitz until silky smooth, thick and velvety
