  • Leg Press 4 Sets 10 reps 162kg
  • Walking Lunges with 24kgs per hand 6 sets 12 reps
  • Weighted Glute Back Bridges 60kg 4 sets 15 reps
  • Leg Curls 43kg  5 Sets 6 reps
  • Leg Extensions 51Kg 5 sets 6 reps

Back to Legs today 🙂
